About Us
The Sound Factory got it’s start when Steve Hoskins first began selling speakers at the Alcoa Highway flea market, which eventually generated sufficient sales to move to the first location on Magnolia Avenue. From there, he moved to Halls with the first shop on Maynardville Highway where business grew until 1995. In April of 1995 he made the big move to 4725 Clinton Highway. While in that location, we built a thriving business with excellent customer relationships and business associations with many car dealerships in the area. On July 1st of 2008 we moved into our current location at 4130 Clinton Highway. This is our best location yet, with over 7,000 square feet to better accommodate and serve our customers.
The Sound Factory has been a definite pillar in the Car Audio industry of Knoxville. We specialize in all things related to mobile electronics. We can meet all of your automotive security needs including alarms, keyless entry and remote starters.
We are also proud of the window tinting we provide. We use Llumar window film which comes with a lifetime warranty and provide professional installation.
